The other news is covered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia and ABC Radio Australia in Vietnamese (here and here). An Indonesian magazine, Kopitoebruk, wrote a promising article “Rasa ASEAN itu mulai tumbuh” (A growing ASEAN community) which can be read here.
