This is a talk about teaching English in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the disruption era. Pre-service teachers of English, around 200 of them, gathered in Universitas Tadulako, Palu, Central Sulawesi to learn and share about things to prepare both hard and soft skills in this era of the super speed of many things – big data, Internet, information, character. The question is, how to prepare them? How to prepare yourself, if you are one of them? This is the thing that I share and expect the participants will equip, as soon as possible.

P.S. I am glad to meet my housemate in Melbourne, Pak Abdul, and friend, Pak Darkam. Also, learning a lot from the Dean and new colleagues there. I also happen to witness the remains of the tsunami and earthquake and liquefaction-affected areas in central Sulawesi.
