A Windmill by the Canal

Windmill

Once, there’s a windmill by the canal
With cool air breeze and boats and white geese
Once, sights of bike riders
Slowly paced, this place of cheese

Red path’s warm welcome
Lines of boats crowd the water
Fountains and canon, “Kid, please don’t jump!”
Floating houses are magnificently brave

Relaxing, going around this canal
Records in English, lowered heads
Garbage takers, sun lights are lining
The song finally reached its true meaning

Once, there’s a windmill by the canal…
